Needle Free Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Otherwise nick named the “VAMPIRE TREATMENT”, this is essentially tissue regeneration with your blood cells. Aging and UV damage causes the skin’s texture and appearance to deteriorate. This is characterised by sagging and thinning of the skin, fine lines and wrinkles. The delicate skin around the eyes, neck and back of hands is particularly prone to this process. PRP can help rejuvenate the skin where other treatments fail or deliver suboptimal results.

The idea was simple. We use the existing small entry holes created by the Fraxel laser or the skin needling device, to infuse the PRP solution directly into the skin instead of injecting it using painful needles.

Platelets contain growth factors which rejuvenate the skin in their own right. When used in conjunction with Fraxel REPAIR™, they turbo-charge the rejuvenation result without the need for injections.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

After taking a small amount of blood from your arm, it is spun in a centrifuge to separate the red cells, white cells and plasma. A subset of the white cells (PLATELETS) rubbed into the skin immediately following a Fraxel REPAIR™ Laser.
